PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short circuit caused by the mutual contact of second electrodes by positively vapor-depositing a second electrode material in a separator forming region B. SOLUTION: The second electrode material is vapor-deposited on a substrate through a mask X set to position ends X1a, X1b of an opening on the center side of the substrate by the height portion of a separator or higher from the cathode separator forming region B.
