PURPOSE: An outdoor unit controller of an air conditioner is provided to neatly arrange all kinds of electric wires of an outdoor unit and connect a lot of electric wires to a small space. CONSTITUTION: A control panel(56) is installed inside a cabinet(54), having a space part for containing electronic parts inside. A first control panel(58) is formed at one side of the control panel for containing a main terminal block(62) connected with an indoor power line and a main power line. A second control panel(60) is formed at an upper part of the first control panel in a step shape for containing a sub-terminal block(64) connected with an inner connection line and an indoor unit connection line.
