PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image receiving sheet in which crazing due to a humidity change is suppressed and which has high adhesion resistance, ensures suppressed crazing and can form a high glossiness image, and to provide a method for manufacturing the electrophotographic image receiving sheet and an image forming method. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image receiving sheet comprises a support, a first toner image receiving layer on the support and a second toner image receiving layer disposed on the first toner image receiving layer, wherein any of the first and second toner image receiving layers contains an aqueous dispersion of core/shell type latex particles, and a glass transition temperature [aTg<SB>A</SB>(t)] of core/shell type latex particles (A) in the first toner image receiving layer at absolute temperature derived from the Dimalsio's arithmetic expression and a glass transition temperature [aTg<SB>B</SB>(t)] of core/shell type latex particles (B) in the second toner image receiving layer at absolute temperature derived from the Dimalsio's arithmetic expression satisfy the relation of aTg<SB>A</SB>(t)<aTg<SB>B</SB>(t).
