PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete cutter device suitable for forming a wide and shallow groove. SOLUTION: This concrete cutter device 22 is furnished with a blade tool 10 axially connected to a head end of an output shaft 18 and to rotate, and the blade tool 10 is furnished with a disc type mount disc a center of which is connected to the output shaft 18, a plurality of cutter blades 14 for drilling fixed and arranged with equal intervals between each other on a peripheral surface of the mount disc and a plurality of cutter blades 16 for polishing fixed and arranged with equal intervals between each other on a bottom surface of the mount disc 12 and radially from its center.
