PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a driving wheel having a structure where a single means has both a looseness preventing function and a sealing function of a fastening bolt. SOLUTION: The bearing device comprises an inner member 1 having a hub wheel 2 including a wheel mounting flange 4, an inside rolling surface 2a, and a small diameter stage part 2b on the outer periphery and a cured uneven part 5 on the inner periphery, and having an inner ring member 3 including an inside rolling surface 3a, a small diameter stage part 3b, and an engaging section 3c on the outer periphery and a serration 3d on the inner periphery. The bearing device also comprises a plurality of rows of rolling bearings 10 having an outer member 11 having a plurality of rows of outside rolling surfaces 11b, and a constant velocity universal joint. The engaging section 3c is increased in diameter and is made to bite into the uneven part 5 to perform plastic combination, and a stem section 27 is engaged with the inside of them to be unitized, a steel-made cover 7 formed of a large diameter section 7a, a small diameter cylinder 7b, and a male screw 7c is mounted to the inner diameter side of the inner member 1, the male screw 7c is fastened to a female screw 27c formed in the stem section 27, and a claw 8a of the large diameter section 7a is folded in the notch 6a of a pilot section 6.
