PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file incorporating a clear file and a white board capable of being used for usages including other usages not covered heretofor. SOLUTION: The file equipped with the white board is provided with a case storing writing instruments and an eraser exclusively designed for the white board. The file comprises a cover provided with a white board on the inner one surface or both surfaces, a sheet with one surface or both surfaces being a white board, a sheet with white board on one surface or both surface composed of a plurality of continuous sheets folded and extended, a transparent clear file with a colorless, partially colored or totally colored surface and a plurality of transparent clear files with a coloerless, partially colored or totally colored surface folded and extended.
