A health information providing system (100) includes: a server (30) containing health information on an examinee; first authentication means (20) for judging whether a terminal (10) of an examiner examining an examinee has right to be connected to the server (30); second authentication means (32) used when the examiner terminal (10) has the right to be connected to the server (30), for judging whether the examiner terminal (10) has right to acquire health information on the examinee to be examined; and transmission means used when the examiner terminal (10) is judged to have the right to acquire health information, for transmitting the health information from the server (30) to the examiner terminal (10) in response to the request from the examiner terminal (10). The health information includes a midkine amount contained in the physiologic substance of the examinee.
