<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of a whining sound of a casing core which is formed by housing a toroidal core in a case. <P>SOLUTION: As for the casing core which is formed by housing a toroidal core 1 formed by winding a band-like metal foil in a hard resin case 2, a silicon resin layer 4 is formed by applying a silicon resin to an inner surface of the case 2 and thereafter curing it.
