IMAGING APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, AND IMAGE PRINT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a video print system for enhancing the operability of a direct print job.

SOLUTION: A combined camera-digital VTR 91 and a printer 92 are connected by an IEEE 1394 serial bus. An LCD monitor 100 displays a reproduced image of recorded image data. Further, the image data can be transmitted to the printer 92 in an isochronous transfer mode via an IEEE 1394 serial bus I/F section 103. In the case of receiving information denoting recording paper jam in an asynchronous transfer mode via the IEEE 1394 serial bus I/F section 103, the LCD monitor 100 displays the fact above.
