PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle accelerator control system which is low in cost and easy to install additionally. SOLUTION: The charged particle accelerator control system has an operating control computer 10 for controlling one or more accelerator constituting equipment (electromagnet power source 1, pattern power source 4, beam monitor circuit 7). Each of the accelerator constituting equipment of the electromagnet power source 1, pattern power source 4, and beam monitor circuit 7 has an Ethernet(R) interface, and the operating control computer 10 and each accelerator constituting equipment are mutually connected through the Ethernet (R) 9.
