PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize error processing by retry and alternation processing realized conventionally in an optical disk being able to overwrite, and a write-in system in which recorded data receiving from the high order device is arranged at an arbitrary position on the disk independently of a non-record part and a recorded part, with a write-once optical disk such as a CD-R and a DVD-R in which increasing capacity is performed remarkably and being spread widely as recording media in which overwriting cannot be performed physically. SOLUTION: When digital data is recorded in an optical disk having a physical address at a recordable part and being not able to overwrite, the recordable part of the optical disk is divided into a read-in region a user region, and a read-out region using the physical address, an information region including a pointer for a list table for controlling a logic address allotted to a whole user region is provided in one part of the read-in region, in a list table for controlling the logic address, the logic address and a list indicating correspondence for the physical address in the user region are arranged together.
