PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the safe transfer of data to be transmitted to a general bus while preventing leak of data to be protected to the outside without encrypting the data. SOLUTION: This information equipment comprises a first PCI bus 5 for transmitting a transaction including an address not encrypted, and a second PCI bud having a PCI slot to and from which a PCI device is attachable and detachable. A bridge circuit 10 is connected between the first PCI bus 5 and the second PCI bus 9. The bridge circuit 10 determines whether the address included in the transaction transferred through the first PCI bus 5 belongs to a specified address range, and controls the transaction, when it belongs to the specified range, not to be transmitted to the second PCI bus 9.
