PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information editing device capable of efficiently executing a process for improving convenience in a user at low cost. SOLUTION: This information editing device 5 editing digital data including at least one of static image data and moving image data has: an extraction means 450 extracting text data from the digital data; an importance level decision means 452 deciding an importance level of the text data extracted by the extraction means 450 on the basis of a predetermined criterion, and deciding the text data decided that the importance level is high as important data; a homologizing means 435 homologizing the important data with the digital data; and a display means 50 displaying the digital data and the important data homologized with the digital data in a homologizing state.
