PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the troublesomeness that a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of an intermediate part adheres to the hand or the other parts when a post-treatment tape is stretched for disposing a diaper in the post-treatment tape folded in a thrice-folded state. SOLUTION: The post-treatment tape 5 is a narrow belt-like tape fastener composed of a fixed part 6 fixed to the outer face of the diaper, a securing part 8 having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on its one side face, and the intermediate part 7 connecting the fixed part 6 and the securing part 8. The fixed part 6 is fixed to the outer face of the diaper in the state where its longitudinal direction is oriented in the vertical direction of the diaper. The fixed part 6, the securing part 8 and the intermediate part 7 are folded in the thrice-folded state so as to mutually pile up in the unused state. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13 of the securing part 8 is peelably stuck to the intermediate part 7, and the intermediate part 7 is peelably stuck to the fixed part 6 by self-adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 11 and 12.
