PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a rinsing pump by preventing the inside of a rinsing water tank from becoming negative pressure. SOLUTION: This washer DW is provided with: washing nozzles 20 and 22 for washing by jetting washing water in a washing chamber 2 constituted in a main body 1; rinsing nozzles 21 and 23 for jetting rinsing water for rinsing; a washing tank 9 which opens on the inner and lower side of the washing chamber 2 for storing the washing water and to receive the washing water etc. jetted from the washing nozzle and the rinsing nozzle; and a rinsing tank 25 for storing the rinsing water. In addition, the washer DW is provided with: a washing pump 27 for feeding the washing water in the washing tank 9 to the washing nozzle; a rinsing pump 29 for feeding the rinsing water in the rinsing tank 25 to the rinsing nozzle; a drain pump 42 for forcedly draining the washing water in the washing tank 9; and an air releasing pipe 30 for communicating the inside of the rinsing tank 25 with the washing chamber 2.
