PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible to limit the position where a printer 30 can be used. SOLUTION: The print system prestores printer position information in a printer 30 as information for specifying the installing position of the printer 30. When printing is performed, the printer 30 acquires printer position information at that moment in time. If the printer position information thus acquired matches registered printer position information, printing is performed otherwise printing is not performed.
