A method of producing a sheet and a sheet capable of contributing to the higher integration, downsizing, reliability enhancing or the like of laminated electronic components. The production method comprises the steps of forming a layer consisting of positive resist on a support, repeating respective processes of exposing and developing the layer and bonding a material having desired electric characteristics to an obtained pattern space, and then removing the support. The method produces a sheet comprising portions having an aspect ratio of at least one at patterns and having at least three kinds of different physical properties.
