<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible for a repair company to confirm normal operation of a repaired recorder surely. <P>SOLUTION: The system 10 for confirming the operation of a repaired recorder 100 comprises a try directing section 152 displaying an indication for urging retry of recording of the recorder 100 on a user terminal 200 if the repaired recorder 100 falls first time into communication with the user terminal 200, a try recording section 154 for making the recorder 100 retry recording when it is indicated from the user terminal 200 based on the retry indication, a result transmitting section 156 for transmitting the results of retry recording to an operation confirming server 400 for confirming operation after repair and communicable with the user terminal 200, and a result storing section 404 for storing the retry results received by the server 400 in correspondence with the information for identifying the recorder 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
