PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device which stabilizes a tension of a sheet substrate. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device 10 carries out image formation to the transferred sheet substrate S. The device 10 comprises a transfer mechanism 50 for transferring the sheet substrate S by a predetermined unit feed amount, and a winding mechanism 60 for winding the image-formed sheet substrate S. The winding mechanism 60 applies a winding torque to the sheet substrate S via a hysteresis clutch 602. At the same time, this hysteresis clutch 602 temporarily increases a winding torque value applied to the sheet substrate S at the time of a transfer start of the transfer mechanism 50, and temporarily reduces a winding torque value applied to the sheet substrate S at the time of a transfer stop of the transfer mechanism.
