PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition and an SMC and a floor panel for bathtub (waterproof pan) produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains an unsaturated polyester composed mainly of an unsaturated polybasic acid and a glycol component, a polymerizable unsaturated monomer and a hydrophilicity imparting agent composed of an alkoxysilane expressed by (RO)<SB>m</SB>(R<SB>f</SB>O)<SB>n</SB>Si (1) (R is a 1-10C alkyl; R<SB>f</SB>is a 1-10C polyfluoroalkyl; m and n are each an integer of 1-3 and m+n=4; and the degree of condensation is 1-10) or its condensation product.
