PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in an internal combustion engine obtaining power by burning fuel (gasoline, light oil, and natural gases, etc.), an air-fuel mixture is not favorably mixed with air solely by atomizing devices (carburetor, injection, etc.), and an air-fuel mixture of extremely uneven mixing is formed, resulting in that the mixture is hard to burn in the too thick part to have decreased combustion-efficiency, toxic substances are much produced in the emission gas, and double-mixed gas in which further different fuels are mixed is hard to be formed. SOLUTION: In the internal combustion engine obtaining power by burning fuel (gasoline, light oil, and natural gases, etc.) air-fuel mixtures of different concentrations and different fuels are separately formed, and the air-fuel mixtures are mixed with each other to form a double air-fuel mixture, which is burned as a mixture having less uneven parts, and different fuels mixed with each other.
