PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which hardly leaks body fluid. SOLUTION: A pad 100 is equipped with a top sheet 3 set to a side which makes contact with a human body, a back sheet 2, and an absorptive body 4 interposed between the top sheet 3 and the back sheet 2. Lateral emboss rows 8a and longitudinal emboss rows 8b are continuously formed of a plurality of embossed dent parts 8 in almost straight lines in the longitudinal direction on the top sheet 3 to constitute the pad 100.
