OPTICAL DISK, AND ITS INFORMATION RECORDING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent preformat information on a recordable optical disk from being deteriorated.

SOLUTION: Recording timing of a data segment is set such that a wobble modulation part of the preformat information indicative of the information of a physical segment of the recordable optical disk and a head position of starting the recording of the data segment to be recorded on a track are not disposed in the same interval of the track.
