PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail managing device, an electronic mail managing method, and a program for managing electronic mail capable of properly operating electronic mails. SOLUTION: A mail server 100 estimates a plurality of mail folders 108 where an electronic mail is stored from among the mail folders 108 in the parallel structure corresponding to the attribute of electronic mail, based on a plurality of attributes corresponding to the single electronic mail. Further, the mail server 100 notifies a user at the communication terminal 200 of an estimated mail folder. If the user at the communication terminal 200 commands the operation of an electronic mail and a mail folder, the mail server 100 performs the operation according to the command, and based on the operation result, learns relationship between the electronic mail and the mail folder.
