摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel anisotropic conductive film without fear of deviation of anisotropic conductive characteristics and capable enough of accommodating connection between large-current conductor circuits. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film contains as a conductive component micro metal powder 3 manufactured by a micro electroforming method of forming a micro metal thin film 30 on a micro electrode surface 1a having a given plane shape of a mold M corresponding to its plane shape by electric plating with the surface as a negative electrode, and then peeling it off.
