PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact oiling guide facilitating operation to introduce a running yarn into a yarn contact part with a running yarn introduction part, uniformly applying a finish oil to the running yarn, suppressing formation of white powder in the yarn contact part, stabilizing yarn running, improving the operating efficiency/quality and process stability without drifting an accompanying air stream by providing the introduction part. SOLUTION: The finish oil application guide apparatus for fibers applies a finish oil to the yarn by running the fiber yarn in contact therewith. The apparatus is provided with the running yarn introduction part having a tilted surface at≥60°to≤90°angle for introducing the running yarn into the yarn contact part in the front surface of the oiling guide and the yarn contact part with the yarn having straight wall surfaces and a flat bottom groove following the running yarn introduction part.
