PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation process and a preparation apparatus to effectively obtain a fine gel particle whose particle size is 0.1-10μm. SOLUTION: In this preparation process of a fine gel particle, a mist of a polymer solution and a mist of a gelatinizing agent solution are brought into contact with each other to gelatinize the polymer.
