EX VIVO SKIN ORGAN MODEL, ESPECIALLY FOR HUMAN SKIN

The invention relates to a method for the production of an ex vivo skin organ model. The method consists in removing skin with the dermis and epidermis from the body or body part of a pig, and bringing the skin into contact with the an androgen, for example, testosterone. The skin organ model produced according to said method enables active ingredients to be studied in a topical and systematic manner using standardised conditions, especially, screening.
