<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long bone joint surface replacement prosthesis which is supported by the prosthesis and the condyle of a planarized natural long bone. <P>SOLUTION: The prosthesis (10) is provided to use for a joint replacement operation. The prosthesis (10) is adapted to the long bone (4). The prosthesis (10) includes a body (20) which has a joint surface (22) and a supporting surface (34) opposite the joint surface (22).
