PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous silicone resin composition giving a film excellent in abrasion resistance and surface smoothness. SOLUTION: This aqueous silicone resin composition contains (A) a terminal hydroxy group-blocked organopolysiloxane, (B) an organotrialkoxysilane and/or its partially hydrolyzed/condensed material and (C) an organoalkoxysilane containing amide bond and carboxy group and without containing epoxy group, and/or its partially hydrolyzed/condensed material, (D) an organoalkoxysilane containing the epoxy group, but without containing both of the amide bond and carboxy group, and/or its partially hydrolyzed/condensed material, (E) a curing catalyst, (F) an acrylic-silicone graft-copolymer and (G) spherical organic resin fine particles.
