<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-line type accumulator that can be easily incorporated into a flow passage for fluid, and that is capable of effectively restricting pulsation. <P>SOLUTION: This in-line type accumulator is provided with an elastic cylinder 8 that can be diametrically enlarged or contracted, a plurality of coil springs 9 inserted into the elastic cylinder 8 in a vertical line, and outer cylinder bodies 11 and 13 having bending performance, and surrounding the elastic cylinder 8 in a circumferential direction to form cavities 10 and 12 to an outer circumference of the elastic cylinder 8. Pulsation restricting gas is filled in the cavities 10 and 12.
