PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a structure for automatically and easily exchanging design data of a semiconductor device using a conventional GDSII stream format between a plurality of data processors. SOLUTION: This data link system comprising the first data processor for processing the design data of the semiconductor element using a first data format, and the second data processor for processing the design data of the semiconductor using a second data format different from the first data format, transfers the design data of the semiconductor element from the first data processor to the second data processor, interposing the de facto standard GDSII stream format.
