PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment system for effectively removing toxic metals from wastewater or the like. SOLUTION: The system comprises a concentration measurement part that measures the concentration the toxic metals including arsenic from polluted water containing toxic metals by a continuous treatment operation, a reaction part that precipitates the toxic metals by treatment with a treating agent fed according to the measured concentration, a filtration part that performs the solid/liquid separation of the polluted water after the reaction, and a wastewater treatment part that temporarily stores the cleaned water after the solid/liquid separation and then discharges it.
