<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap, which is for opening/closing discharge openings of necks, with a structure formed by one injection molding process of a synthetic resin, the hinge cap used for a container made of a flexible material, such as a soft synthetic resin, and having a shoulder on which a plurality of the spout necks are formed. <P>SOLUTION: According to the hinge cap, a cap body 7 has an continuously formed top plate 11. A fitting skirt 8 fitted into the neck 4 of the container, a spout cylinder 12 penetrating the top plate 11 vertically from the fitting skirt 8, and a cover cap 18 continuous with a hinge 20 are formed consecutively and integrally on the top plate 11. An inner cylinder 16 is formed on the fitting skirt and is fitted airtightly on an opening 14 of the neck 4, and a plug 24 is formed vertically on the inner surface of the cover cap 18 to seal up a discharge opening 22 of the spout cylinder 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
