HUMAN SOLID CANCER ANTIGEN PEPTIDE, POLYNUCLEOTIDE ENCODING THE SAME AND UTILIZATION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of new antigen peptides effective for diagnosis of solid cancers and antibodies against these antigen peptides and to provide a method for diagnosing colon cancer by using these peptides or these antibodies.

SOLUTION: There is provided each human solid antigen peptide in which a polynucleotide composed of 22 kinds of base sequences is expressed, a solid cancer-diagnosing method for examining whether or not an antibody binding to the antigen peptide exists in blood serum of a test subject and a solid cancer-diagnosing method for examining whether or not an antigen peptide binding to the antibody exists in the antibody binding to the antigen peptide and a biological sample of the test subject.
