PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the power consumption of a battery pack when the battery pack is not in use, and to precisely predict a battery remaining capacity when the battery pack is in use. SOLUTION: When power is not fed to the other electronic apparatus, power supply to an internal circuit of the battery pack is shut off by a power-feed shut-off circuit, and when the power supply is started to an electronic apparatus from the battery pack, the battery remaining capacity is precisely predicted by a battery voltage equivalent to an unloaded voltage such as the non-supply of the power to the electronic apparatus, so that the battery voltage of the battery pack before the start of the power supply to the electronic apparatus is measured by a voltage measuring circuit.
