PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope with a mantle sheath in which a treatment tool can always be inserted smoothly into the treatment tool inserting channel of a multi-lumen channel tube from a branch hole in a branch section. SOLUTION: In this endoscope with the mantle sheath, the branch section 30 through which the proximal end side portion of the multi-lumen channel tube 23 is passed in a removable state is disposed at positions on the proximal end sides of flexible inserting sections 11, 12, and 13 and a side hole 23a communicating with one of the channels 23S of the channel tube 23 is formed in the side wall of the tube 23 positioned in the branch section 30. In addition, the branch hole 33 is formed in the branch section 30 at the position facing the side hole 23a of the channel tube 23. Moreover, rotation stopping means 23b and 40 which inhibit the rotation of the channel tube 23 around its axial line in the branch section 30 are respectively installed to the tube 23 and branch section 30.
