DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING BIDIRECTIONAL DIGITAL BROADCAST PROGRAM IN REAL TIME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system capable of easily identifying that viewer reply data is a reply to what question or bid of what program by a server to be installed in a broadcasting station.

SOLUTION: In the case of collecting the viewer reply data from a viewer's customer station device 31 in a bidirectional broadcast program in real time of the questions or the bids which is provided from the broadcasting station 10 to the viewer's customer station device 31 by digital broadcast to the broadcasting station 10 by using an Internet protocol, a session layer is provided in an application layer which is a host layer of TCP/UDP, a session is defined by end-to-end between the broadcasting station 10 and the viewer's customer station device 31 and the session is established, maintained and released by every question or bid. In this case, the viewer's customer station device 31 describes to what question or bid of what program the reply is in the defined session.
