PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a lock management system able to easily give an authority for unlocking and realize a high security level. SOLUTION: This lock management system is provided with an identification information acquiring means 102, a lock state detection means 103, and an identification information registration and managing means 202 registering and managing identification information acquired by the identification information acquiring means when the lock state detection means detects that a lock mechanism P1R is in an unlocked state when the lock state detection means detects that the lock mechanism P1R in the unlocked state is operated to a lockable position, and also, a registration presence or absence determination means 205 determining whether specified identification information is registered or not in the identification information registration and managing means and a locking operation control means 109 controlling the lock mechanism P1R in the locked state so as to be unlocked by the specified acquired identification information when the registration presence or absence determination means determines that the specified identification information acquired by the identification information acquiring means is registered in the identification information registration means.
