摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for forming a pressed component of a complicated shape with excellent shape accuracy and high strength which cannot be formed of regular high-tensile steel. SOLUTION: A steel plate having a composition consisting of, by mass, 0.0005-0.03% C, 0.01-1% Mn,≤1% Si, and 0.005-2% Al, 0.03-2% in total one or two or more kinds of Ti, Nb and Zr, and as necessary, 0.5-3% Cu, 0.2-1.5% Ni, 0.01-2% Mo, and 0.5-2% Cr, and the balance iron with inevitable impurities is pressed, and nitrided, carburized or nitrocarburized in a nitriding atmosphere, a carburizing atmosphere, or a nitrocarburizing atmosphere at a temperature of≥500°C and≤900°C, and then pressed again.
