The ring (1) is assembled of two separate rings. The outer ring (5) is provided with a groove along the center of its inner surface, while the inner ring (3) is fitted with two stick shaped extensions protruding radial from opposite sides of its outer surface. When the rounded extensions are inserted into the groove, the inner ring (3) can either be guided along the groove with the center of the ring serving as the rotation axis (A) or around the rotation axis (Z) formed by the projections, resulting in the upper edge of the inner ring (3) being converted into the lower edge.
