The skittle for practising skittles and bowling sport has a shape-providing outer casing (1) containing an inner body (2) as supporting core. The core is connected firmly with the outer casing and is made of thermoplastic plastics. The casing of the inner body takes place in the cavity of an injection moulding tool. The pre-prepared inner body is provided with fixture ribs (3) for secure accommodation in the cavity of the injection moulding tool. The inner body is so constructed that the mechanical strength, particularly in the throat area of the skittle (4), is reproducibly guaranteed. According to the material or structure of the inner body, the mass of the complete skittle is influencable without center of gravity displacement.
