PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning apparatus, and an air conditioning control system requiring no change in software of an air conditioning control device and a monitoring terminal even if a new machine model of the air conditioning apparatus is developed. SOLUTION: In this system, the air conditioning apparatus periodically stores data on an operation state and data gathered by a sensor by a specific time, and after registering abnormality occurrence time desired data preset from the monitoring terminal in a control device, and when the air conditioning apparatus detects an abnormality, an abnormality report is reported to the control device, and the control device receiving this report sends a request for registered data to the air conditioning apparatus. The air conditioning apparatus transmits recording data equivalent to the specific time corresponding to this request to the monitoring terminal via the control device.
