<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-duplex portable wireless communication terminal having improved decoding performance employing a full-duplex system. <P>SOLUTION: The portable wireless communication terminal includes a mixer 52 for mixing the oscillation signal of a predetermined frequency with a received signal transmitted via a duplexer 70 for generating the intermediate frequency signal of the predetermined frequency F1, a decoder 54 for decoding the intermediate frequency signal outputted from the mixer 52, and a bandpass filter 56 provided between the mixer 52 and the duplexer 70 for permitting signals of a predetermined frequency band (Rxmin to Rxmax) to pass. When a relation between the upper limit frequency Rxmax of the frequency passing through the bandpass filter 56 and a lower limit frequency Txmin of a transmission frequency is Rxmax<Txmin, the frequency F1 of the intermediate frequency signal is F1>Txmax-Rxmin, where the frequency of the oscillation signal inputted to the mixer 52 is determined so that Txmax satisfies the upper limit frequency of the transmission frequency and Rxmin satisfies the lower limit frequency of the frequency passing through the bandpass filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
