PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a feel of design similar to that of a carbon cloth by projections shaped like convex lenses. SOLUTION: The decorating sheet has a figure decoration pattern composed of aggregates of cells of prescribed section sizes and formed on the surface of a transparent base sheet, and the cells of the prescribed section sizes of the figure decoration pattern consist of cells a and b which are composed of a plurality of straight-line or curved-line patterns intersecting each other perpendicularly. The cells a and b are formed in continuity adjacently to each other and the pitch spacing x of the straight-line or curved-line patterns constituting the cells a and the pitch spacing y of these patterns constituting the cells b differ from each other.
