<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reversing a high speed travelling direction without damaging a tape due to a variation in balance position of a tension arm and a variation in transient tension by making balance positions of the tension arm same forward direction travelling and at reverse travelling direction. <P>SOLUTION: A target balance voltage 27 of a tension error signal amplifying means 26 is set by a S reel motor setting error voltage calculating part 24 so as to be made torque set from a reel winding diameter calculated by a winding diameter calculating part 23, a S reel output side tension-tension arm pressing force conversion coefficient at the time of FWD/REV travelling, and S reel output side tension obtained from a tension pickup, a signal controlled by the S reel motor setting error voltage calculating part 24 is outputted to a S reel motor drive part 10, and a S reel motor is driven by the S reel motor drive part 10 being not illustrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
