<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose health device which can be easily manufactured for the purpose of contributing to the promotion of health. <P>SOLUTION: For the health device 1, a powder-like material of a mineral generating negative ions such as germanium whose purity is roughly 100% is mixed in resin such as silicone rubber, a main body 10 is molded in a sheet shape in the almost same size as the surface of the face of a human body, and opening parts 11, 11, 12 and 13 are provided on positions corresponding to the eyes, the nose or the mouth in the main body 10.
