PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced plastic plate which maintains high quality of a fiber reinforced plastic, of which mounting by bonding can easily and surely be performed, which can shorten the construction period relative to a construction by the conventional method, and which can achieve an effective reinforcing effect, and to provide a reinforcing structure for a concrete structure by using the fiber reinforced plastic plate. SOLUTION: The fiber reinforced plastic plate is formed by impregnating reinforcing fibers with a resin, and it is characterised in that the reinforcing fibers are disposed in the plane of the plastic plate at least in two directions, and a product of a Young's modulus by a geometric moment of inertia per unit width is set in the range of 12 to 500 N×mm<SP>2</SP>/mm.
