摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for quick measurements, which can quickly measure minute amounts of semivolatile organic compounds in exhaust gas and especially measure dioxins. SOLUTION: In the method for quickly measuring the semivolatile organic compound in the exhaust gas, the semivolatile organic compound is adsorbed into a solid adsorbent 12 to which a reference material where the semivolatile organic compound to be measured is replaced by a stable isotope is added, and then the solid adsorbent 12 is heated by a first heater section 31 at 100-180°C for 5-10 min, thereby removing moisture adsorbed into the solid adsorbent 12, and furthermore, the temperature of the solid adsorbent 12 is raised up to 300-400°C, thereby separating the adsorbed semivolatile organic compound from the solid adsorbent 12, and then the separated semivolatile organic compound is cooled down and enriched by a plurality of cooling sections 32, 33, and the cooled semivolatile organic compound is heated up to 300-400°C by a second heater section 34, 35, thereby separating the semivolatile organic compound.
