PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a surface material for wall enabling the mounting of the surface material for wall on a substrate so that a rattling is not produced in approaching/departing directions by absorbing the displacement of a mounting position of a metal fitting for hanging if any. SOLUTION: A material 5 formed in outer peripherally circular shape in plan view on a rattling prevention side is set in each bracket fitting 3 on a substrate 1 side. In the outer peripherally circular material 5, the height position 6 of a widest portion is positioned on the upper side of a bottom face height position 7 in the bracket fitting 3 in a set state. The anti-base side 4c of the hanging fitting 4 on the wall surface material 2 side is inserted between the outer peripherally circular material 5 and the base side 3b of the bracket fitting 3 on the substrate 1 side. The tip thereof is projected to the widest height position 6 of the outer peripherally circular material 5 or to a position lower than that position. The mounting structure is characterised in that the wall surface material 2 can be installed on the substrate 1 without rattling in the approaching and departing directions, due to the above mentioned constitution method.
